When you book an appointment via our Google Calendar embed, Google's privacy policy applies to that data.

We retain your contact information only for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence. If you become a client, we retain relevant information for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
