Not at all. We work specifically with small business owners who don't have time to figure out new software. We handle the entire setup, explain everything in plain language, and make sure you're comfortable before we consider the job done. If you can use email, you can handle everything we put in place.
Most of the tools we use have free tiers that work perfectly well for small businesses. When a paid plan is genuinely worth it, we'll tell you exactly what it costs and why — typically between $0 and $50 per month total. We never recommend a paid plan unless it clearly saves you more than it costs.
We work with small and independent businesses — typically owner-operated with under 20 staff. Tradespeople, HVAC contractors, agricultural businesses, salons, coaches, consultants, retailers, and anyone whose day involves repetitive tasks they'd rather not be doing. We're not the right fit for large companies with IT departments — and we're upfront about that.
No. Everything we set up is yours — tools you own and control. If you ever want to stop working with us, everything stays with you. Our monthly retainer has no contract and cancels any time. We don't believe in lock-in.
Most setups are completed within two to five business days from the initial consultation. We work at a pace that lets us do things properly — not just quickly — and make sure you're comfortable with everything before we consider the job done.
All packages include a support window after setup, and retainer clients get ongoing maintenance as standard. If something breaks or changes, reach out and we'll fix it. That's part of what you're paying for — you're not on your own once the job is done.
